We practice karate, kyusho jutsu, goshindo jujitsu, as well as goshin jutsu "the art of self-defense" at three distinct levels: reflex conditioning (self defense), restraint and immobilization (securing), military techniques (kravmaga ).

    We offer karate classes for children, karate classes for adults (beginners or advanced), self-defence classes and kravmaga classes.

     We are proud to pass on traditional internal Higi and Okuden martial arts teaching.

The school's approach is holistic and multi-disciplinary, coupled with passionate instruction committed to quality, realism and adaptability.

    Our martial arts courses are open to all levels, from beginner to expert, and whatever your physical potential or limitations.       
The master's doctrine is that the teaching and the teacher must adapt to the student and not the other way round.
